SWITCHED FROM GMAIL TO ZOHO, PREMATURE?

So I tried to switch from gmail for my domain email/work email to Zoho, thinking it would be great to have all my communications with customers from within the CRM.

Is it just me for is the email implementation in the CRM not ready for prime time yet?

1. The most glaring issue, is when reading an email or composing one to a contact, there is no way to click a button and go right to the contacts page. Hello, whats the point of email within a CRM then? It would be great if there was an emil tab in the contact page, and you can compose read emails in the bottom of the page, and on the top see the regular contact page, notes, contact info, opportunities, etc.

2. Search is weak. It seems that unlike gmail, I can NEVER FIND ANYTHING in zoho. The search function is so picky, it doesn't work as well as gmail search or even my windows 7 explorer search, which searches everything,. Cmon Zoho, I feel like your search is stuck in the 90s.

3. Unlike gmail, it doesn't autofll emails when I start typing, I rarely can find email address contacts from the email screen.
