When I was with Worketc back in 2013 I was able to add a photo to a contact by associating them with their social media accounts (the way we can here in Zoho CRM) but then I could choose which of the social media profile photos I wanted to use as their contact photo. It wasn't a hotlink, it uploaded the file from there.
Looking for a photo of a contact online, saving it to my computer and then uploading it to the contact's photo is not a good use of anyone's time and I am willing to bet, as it is now, this feature is pretty much unused.
Please let me know when this might be done.
