One of our guys needs to sync some contacts from his Outlook across to Zoho CRM. He has over 6000 contacts in his Outlook that have been built up over 10+ years in the industry. Some of these contacts might be duplicates or people who have worked over a few organisations in the past 10+ years. So, I have 2 questions:

1. Is there a way to select which contacts you want to transfer over, without having to transfer over a whole file or group? He doesn't have his contacts organised in any particular way.
2. Does the CRM de-duplicate entries that are imported from Outlook?
