Sync from Zoho CRM to Campaigns

Hi
I am a new user of campaigns and importing a custom view from contacts in our CRM.
There is 234 contacts in the view.  209 come through and 25 were ignored.
Of those ignored 1 was a duplicate but the remaining all have emails that start with info@.
How can I get these contacts to come into campaigns?  The contact list is current clients with SLA contracts and this is the email given by them for information.
