Sync Issues with CRM

Hello, I am trying to sync via a custom field that I created in the CRM.

The segment criteria doesn't show my custom field here. In "mailing lists", add segments

I think once a sync operation is set, I have mapped the fields, under "may your fields" your default Field "NOTE" = MY Custom field, but that "Note" field doesn't show in above in the list, so I could draw a segment of contacts from it. Shouldn't that be added?

Or Maybe the best way to import that custom field, is make it a custom VIEW to only show that criteria, in either Leads or COntacts?
