Sync services not working

So I have done quite a bit of research about this issue, and nothing seems to work or get me closer to my question getting answered. My problem is that when I click sync services, the URL changes, but it does not open and will keep me on the same page I was just on. I have tried different browsers; I had someone else log in and try on their side. At first, I thought it was the CRM sync issue that I saw many people with campaigns, but every time I remove the app integration with the CRM, it unlinks with the CRM to marketing automation. When I integrate marketing automation to CRM, it integrates back campaigns. Even when marketing automation is not connected to the CRM, Sync services do not open and stays on the same page. I am relatively new to using Zoho might have overlooked something, so any insight on what I can do would be helpful, but I believe this to be an application bug.
