Can someone from Zoho please help me with my account, the snc services are not working with my CRM account.

And the second problem is that Campaigns tells me to upgrade my account for campaigns because I have reached my limit?

I had 13 000 contacts and my account limit is 20 000, can we get this sorted out please.
