We have recently experienced and issue where one of our users who was using msyc.zoho.com regularly now fails to authenticate.
We have tried removing the account on their device, resetting their password and also connecting from another device. None of these have resolved the issue.
However if we connect from my admin account on the same equipment it works first time.
I have turned various options off/on in their account with no effect.
Working account: admin@our-web.net
Non working account: ricky@our-web.net
