Hi everyone!
I'm wondering the best way to sync a WooCommerce Membership status to Zoho CRM?
Ideally, this is how it would work:
1. A customer purchases a 1 year subscription on our site via WooCommerce memberships.
2. A field update occurs in Zoho CRM>Contacts denoting an active subscription. (Text field or boolean, doesn't matter.)
3. After 1 year when the subscription expires, it updates Zoho CRM>Contacts to reflect the subscription is no longer active. (Text field or boolean, doesn't matter.)
Basically, the idea is that we can check Zoho CRM>Contacts at any time and see if a contact has an active subscription or not. If the membership status changes in WooCommerce, it changes in Zoho CRM.
I've tried almost every plugin on the market, and none of them have this feature, as far as I can tell.
Free or paid solutions are acceptable.
I've been stuck on this one for a while so any help at all would be very much appreciated. :)
