I'm exploring the new workdrive/ZohoCRM connector released by Zoho to replace the free extension workdriveforCRM which is decomissioned https://marketplace.zoho.com/app/crm/zoho-workdrive-for-zoho-crm

I'm rather upset with this long awaited feature, as it does not match my current usecase.

My usecase consists in automatically generating and attaching documents to entities of Zoho CRM. But  all the logic I used to attach workdrive document to entities are not usable any more, as I'm not able to get the same benefits as the old extension. Mainly because of the following limitations: 
- 1. the connector does not create a shared root directory accessible for my team, with directories and subdirectories ready to be populated, matching the account/contact/potential hierarchy inside Zoho CRM
- 2. when attaching a file as workdrive link, the file name, created date, size... are not synced. So we can't see a live view of what file is attached, or even if it exists any more
- 3. in the attachment view, I cannot delete the file (I can delete the attachment link, but not the file itself)
- 4. I'd like to customize the fields displayed in the attachment list, to have "last_modifed_date" date for example

I understand the way attachment is implemented is that it's just a way to store link in the end.

But integrating Workdrive with Zoho CRM should mean more than just that.
