I only want to sync or pickup emails from my Google Apps email account that relate to my Zoho Accounts and contacts.  I DONT want Zoho to get ALL my google apps emails that are not related to Zoho accounts.

I have setup POP sync from Zoho to my google Apps email , seems to be slowly collecting emails , all 10,000 of them !!

I dont want to use my ZOHO email to manage my emails JUST record emails for ZOHO contacts, not all my other none ZOHO related emails.

I have setup the filter for all emails FROM "ME" put in Sent folder ... I assume that covers all emails I send from my Google Apps email to ZOHO accounts, contacts.   What about emails FROM my ZOHO accounts, contacts I assume ZOHO sees and picks them up and puts against the contact detail under emails ?

Once Zoho has received the POP email , filtered it to Sent etc can I then add a filter to delete all emails so my Zoho inbox does not keep filling up ??   

Also I cant seem to see the option to SEND from zoho as my Google Apps email ... only seems to show my Zoho email id which I dont want to use.
