Synching sent messages

Can you confirm that if I set up Zoho Mail be the mail client for my company email address, It will syn with the remote servers that we use? Iwould liek to able to send emails from my desktop (thunderbird), Blackberry and Zoho as required and have all 3 acessing sent and received mails. Last time I tried this, it did not pick up emails sent from the desk top or blackberry.
