As things are now, I can put all my contacts, accounts and calendar info into the CRM module.

 

Then I can sync the info with Outlook using a plug-in and finally sync my phone to Outlook through iTunes as I do now.

Is that correct?

 

And if it is correct, I suppose that my contacts and accounts will be merged into a single file as will events, tasks and calls?

 

And finally, using another plug-in I can get to my Zoho mail account inside the CRM module?
