My email client is gmail. I have successfully connected the outgoing emails from either Zoho Mail or Gmail can be sent.
When the reply is made from the recipient the returning email only goes to gmail. There is no receipt of the email in Zoho Mail.
I have set up a dual delivery in my g-suite admin with a single email and mx.zoho.com mx2.zoho.com and mx3.zoho.com connections.
I am using IMAP to synch the CRM with Gmail and Zoho Mail.
Is there a simple way to have a duplication of these emails so I can manage it all from Zoho Mail.
I would eventually like to migrate across to Zoho mail and leave gmail behind but at this stage we are not ready to migrate.
Any thoughts or suggested setup
