The company I work for uses the Zoho One suite. We're pretty invested in Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho Subscriptions and Zoho Campaigns. 

For our Campaigns it is important that we send e-mails based on the products our customers use. Our best source of 'who uses what' is Zoho Books (or Subscriptions), since we send out invoices for the products our accounts use. 

Here's where I have some problems:

1. How can I update the accounts I have in Zoho CRM with the products the accounts get invoiced for (I can see the active subscriptions, but I cannot create views in CRM based on this or import based on this to Campaigns)

2. Since we send e-mails to contacts, not accounts, how can I update contacts with th products from their account in a way that I can import them in Campaigns.
