Hi. I currently use the free version of Zoho and am considering upgrading to one of the paid for versions ($12/20 per user per month) but I need to make sure that these versions will enable me to do what I need to do......
I want to be able to email multiple contacts at once (either via Outlook or via a Microsoft Word 'mail merge' and Outlook) and then update the relevant Zoho records on mass (all at once) either in the 'notes' field or the 'email' field. I realise that Zoho has email facility but a) Can I include colour based email signatures and full mail merge functionality (sending from my personal Outlook email address, personalised greeting line etc) from Zoho and b) will it automatically update each record with a copy of the email? I currently copy paste the email into the 'notes' field, but this is very time consuming! Why does Zoho not enable a mass update of the 'notes' field?!
Which paid version do I need for this? Zoho currently lists the following features: 'campaigns and email marketing', 'email integration and mail merge', Zoho outlook plug-in' - but which one will solve my problem?!
