Dear Zoho Team,

I have created multiple subfolders under inbox in Ms outlook email but when I opened the zoho website email account, the folders not exist in zoho mail server, neither in my mobile also.

I’m using IMAP setting in in Ms outlook.

So, How I can synchronize the created folder from MS outlook to Zoho mail server.
