Synchronizing subscribed folders

Hi folks, We're having some issues with our email accounts, mainly being unable to login to the server (incoming or outgoing) and unable to send/receive emails. We've not changed any passwords, no config settings have changed. However one person did login to your webmail interface, would this alter anything? We're getting the message - Task 'Synchronizing subscribed folders for robXXX@pxxxxx.com.au.' reported error (0x800CCC0E) : 'Outlook cannot synchronize subscribed folders for robxxx@pxxxxx.com.au. Error: Cannot connect to the server. If you continue to receive this message, contact your server administrator or Internet service provider (ISP).' Can you advise what we might need to do to resolve this? I have already sent an email to support AT zohomail. Thanks,
