Syncing ALL Relationships with Outlook/Phone

I own a construction company and need to track the following "relationships" and types:
  1. Leads (4 types)
  2. Clients (4 types)
  3. Subcontractors (27 types)
  4. Suppliers (12 types)

I need all of these relationships sync'd with both Office 365 and my phone so that the name will associate with the email address in Outlook, and the name will populate on my caller ID with a contact calls me.

It appears that Zoho CRM will only sync "Contacts" and no other types.  Is there a work around method to accomplish  my needs or something I'm not aware of?
