Syncing Calendar Contacts with Outlook

We have just started using Zoho Mail, and I was hoping to use MS Active Sync to sync contacts & calendar between Outlook and the companies Blackberrys. I found out that MS Active Sync is only available for mobile devices, so I presume it will work on the Blackberrys? So if it does, the problem of syncing the Blackberrys and Zoho is solved. But the main problem is syncing outlook and Zoho. Is there a plugin for this? Or can MS Active Sync be made to work for Outlook?
