Syncing Contcats from Zoho Creator

We have 1 sync created in Campaigns that brings contacts from Zoho Creator over to Zoho Campaigns. We would like to have a few more contacts/leads from Creator apps sync to Campaigns. When I try to set-up in Zoho Campaigns we get an error message like the one below. How do I proceed???
