Syncing Organizational Emails
In my vCRM, I see that we can sync our emails in the Email Configuration Settings.
It appears we can only sync our individual emails. The problem is the CRM get's swamped with all the email even if they don't have anything to do with things that should be in the CRM. For example we have employees in the CRM with email addresses, so all the emails to and from them would be in the CRM unnecessarily.
We do have organizational emails, (ex. sales@ourcompany.com) that we would like to use and sync so that only the emails going back and forth using that email would be synced in CRM.
Is this possible?
