Syncing Outlook Calendar to Zoho calendar 2016

I am trying to sync my outlook calendar to my Zoho calendar. I downloaded the 64 bit zoho mail plugin, but it will not accept my outlook login credentials. For "email id" I am using my email address. 

Is this a problem with my outlook account being through my company and their security protocols are preventing it?
