Syncing with Outlook

It is my understanding that there is a tool to sync ZohoCRM with MS Outlook. But I can't find the sync tool anyplace. When I go to Setup> Personal Settings > I can see the Outlook addition link but it is grayed out.

Is there a secret place to get the plug-in???
