Syncing with Outlook Duplicates Events

We are using the Outlook Add In.  Whenever we create an event in Outlook, the event is duplicated, sometimes many many times.  This only happens when the Zoho Add In is on, so it is evident this is the cause of the problem. 

I am using Outlook professional 2013 32 bit with 64 Bit Windows 8.

I have discussed this previously with your tech support who sent me a new version to download, but so far the problem persists.
