Syncing Zoho Finance Sales and Purchase Orders with Zoho CRM Sales and Purchase Orders

I have been hoping that Zoho would provide an out-of-the-box solution for syncing Sales and Purchase Orders between Zoho Finance and the native Zoho CRM Sales and Purchase Orders.  I initially asked the question 6 years ago!

My eCommerce business processes Sales Orders in Zoho Inventory, and whilst they can be viewed in the Zoho Finance Module within Zoho CRM, much functionality within Zoho CRM relating to tracking leads to Sales and relevant applications will only work with Sales Data present in the native Zoho Sales Order Module.

Is anyone aware of an app that will fully sync ALL Zoho CRM native Modules to Zoho Inventory?

I am happy to use Zoho Flow or Custom Functions to achieve this if necessary. What do you think?

This issue has stopped us from using Zoho CRM as the hub for Customer Relationships for years.  I now urgently need a solution.

Key points from our discussion with the product manager:

  • We're set to introduce further improvements to the integration between Zoho CRM and Zoho Subscription.
  • We've pinpointed the primary issue: treating Finance modules as standalone entities, limiting the full functionality of native CRM modules. As a result, our top priority is integrating Finance module data seamlessly into the CRM native modules.
  • Looking ahead, we're planning a comprehensive reconstruction of the Zoho Inventory and Zoho CRM integration for future enhancements.

                                                I'd like to pull new leads from the CRM system, into Creator, on a daily basis. Is this possible?   Yes, it is possible. Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM are integrated with each other, enabling you to synchronize data between them. This is done by fetching records from CRM into a Zoho Creator form. In order to achieve this, you'll have to configure a workflow alert in Zoho CRM.  For instance, you can maintain the lead details in CRM on a separate form in Zoho Creator by fetching the details automatically
