syncronization

I have the outlook trial for 14 days, but when I went to use it, I noticed that it doesn't syncronize my schedule, only my outlook contacts. Unfortunately, this doesn't do me as much good because I need both to be updated.

Am I doing something wrong? If so, could someone tell me what I need to do to sync my schedule from outlook?
