I've been notified by the Zoho support team that merging records (accounts/contacts) from CRM will not replicate to Desk, and vice-versa. I understand that this applies of for other zoho apps.

I wanted to raise this discussion as it is a major lacking function. 

We have the CRM as the main contact repository, and needing to perform duplicate work (maintaining duplicate contacts/accounts from DESK AND CRM) will not fly. 

Any one experiencing the same or found a work around?
