System Wide Email issue after Jan 9th? Can send but can't receive like many, many others...

I am not the first and I won't be the last but something happened on ZoHo's side of the house. Emails on many accounts just stopped receiving messages. This is not normal and considering everything in many cases was fine prior to this issue and now they are not is wrong. 

Like others I can send but if you send an email from another account if comes up with a delivery error and you will not receive the message. 

You can send and it will be delivered and I have tested this a few times. 

Not sure how it could go from completely working to not working on so many domains all around the same time period with all having the same issues?? 

Can ZoHo provide assistance please?
