We've submitted multiple support requests to Zoho Mail and Zoho CRM as this is the most important feature to this CRM user. We are able to create tasks however no reminder emails are sent (as we schedule them to be). I'm assuming its related to Systemgenerated email system as other emails for this user work OK. We've looked into email storage issues which have been resolved by upgrading our mail storage.
