Table Column data in other table

I have one Table called Leads. Depends on this Table i create a Query called Außendienstmitarbeiter Query. In this query we have workers name, which we dont have in Leads Table. Now how can i bring this column with Workers name in Leads table. Thanks in Advanced from Berlin, Germany
