Table-heavy document (FIX Spec) shared across multiple locations and users, why is the formatting wrong?

Hi,

I'm evaluating zoho for a project and these are my requirements:

I have a table-heavy document (the original Word document is a FIX (Financial Information Exchange) spec. The original source document is 178 pages with about 170 pages of tables for the different trading messages. I need to be able to share this document with users all around the world who will be editing in real-time with other users on a call, to update the spec.

This was my experience so far and was hoping to get some idea how to use this:

1. I imported the doc into a Zoho account I just created and the tables run across pages and don't respect page borders, the document loads REALLY slowly (THIS is very important, if this document cannot be loaded more quickly, I'll never get adoption for this tool in my company).
2. The document footer rather than showing the actual page number shows Page 1 for every page.
3. If this is this slow for just one user, how slow will this be when I'm sharing it across multiple time zones and with about 6-10 users at a time?
