Our organization uses tags extensively, and some tags have been applied to a few hundred email messages. Until last week, viewing a list of over 200 tagged emails was not a problem. Now, when trying to view any list of tagged emails that has more than a couple of dozen messages, the system times out with an "Internal Error ... please try again" message.
This behavior has been happening for several days, with different users using different machines in different countries and different browsers. Support has not responded to requests for assistance.
There has also been difficulty with sending reply emails. The "Sending" message persists and the message never gets sent.
What is the TeamInBox team doing to address these persistent bugs and the unreliability of this tool?
