I would like to tag a group of people within a record in Zoho CRM (for example, in a remark on that record). One way I thought of doing this is by creating a Zoho user linked to a shared mailbox. This way, if I tag this user in CRM, the email will be sent to the shared mailbox, and multiple people can view the remark.

However, the downside is that I need to have an additional license specifically for this shared group. Is there another way to achieve this, or is this the best approach?
