I have tagged an email in the shared mailbox with a tag (by going into the email and clicking the little tag icon), but when I click on the tag name on the left hand panel it doesn't show any emails from shared mailbox.

There doesn't seem to be a way to tags from inside the shared mailbox.

I'm find the shared mailbox feature very clunky.
