Tagging other social accounts in post
Hey ZoHo,
As a business, we recently joined ZoHo Social to test it and see if we like it better than Hootsuite. I have a few questions and concerns considering the fact that we control all our client's social platforms.
1. As I was typing a post to be scheduled out I realized I could not tag another person or business in the post. Please let me know if there is a way to do it and I just couldn't figure it out. This is a HUGE issue for us if it is not possible.
2. We use many emoji's for our clients as well and I did not see anywhere you could add an emoji. Again, please let me know if I am just unaware of how to use this program correctly as we are new to this account.
3. Some of our clients request that videos get posted on their social platforms. From my understanding, this is something you guys are working on but I read that comment a while ago and was wondering if this issue has been taken care of?
Please address these concerns we have so we can figure out if we would like to stay with Hootsuite or take our ZoHo Social account to a more advanced membership.
