Focus Group #1: Tags in Zoho CRM

Owing to popular request from our community, we at Zoho CRM, have implemented the ''Tag contacts'' feature and it's now in the testing phase. Happy to let you know that it will indubitably be available soon :).
As a prelude to the general availability, we're premiering this feature to a small group of users including those who'd expressed the need earlier.

How tagging helps sort, filter, and segment records.
How tags can be used as descriptive categories of records. For example, add a 'Golden Leads' tag to leads that are more important than others, and help prioritize them over other leads.
