Tags... Lots of tags but not #Tags

Hi,

Just an idea I thought of after a training session the other day, not sure if anyone else has mentioned it.

it would be great if we could tag posts/people/anything within ZS and have a search area to search by tag.

EG.

Tag a draft post as 'Approved' or 'Needs More Work'.
Tag a post/message/reply as 'Support Needed', 'Follow Up', 'Waiting Reply', 'For Accounts', 'For Sales'.
Tag a connection as 'Lead', 'Prospect', Influencer'.

You could create whatever tags were important to your business and workflow and keep track of things a little more.

Just an idea :)
