Take Screenshot in remote session

Hi,

Great tool Zoho Assist.
I think it would be a good idea to be able to take a screenshot of a remote session. I am fully aware I can just tap print screen, but this will include my browser window and anything else I have on screen - and also the remote session resolution will not be good. By having a "Take Screenshot" option, it could take a shot of the remote screen and save it as a native resolution image.
In addition to this, the option to record a remote session would also be beneficial.

Both of these would be helpful when trying to explain to a client what has, and hasn't, been done.
