Taking Data From Form - Pasting into a letter

I have a simple database in ZC.  I want to be able to easily copy the address info from a record into a document.

I am now copying from the record the name - then pasting to my word processing document.  Then I copy the address - and paste it into my word processing document.  Then I copy the city-and paste it into my word processing document.

Is there a way I can set this up to copy the whole name and address and paste it to my WP document.

If I were doing a bulk mailing I would export to a spreadsheet then mail merge.  This is a single record I need.

Suggestions welcome.
