Taking too much time in receiving EMaisl.

Taking too much time in receiving EMaisl.

Hii,

It takes very long time to receive a file from another mail ID. I have checked many times, by sending files ( less than 0.5 MB) to my personal and zohomail ID. it is taking more than 2 hrs just to receive it on zohomail ID.

I don't know what went wrong. whether  there are change in system / excess of load or another problem.

Please provide me solution.
