We are looking to send a targeted email to our existing clients using Zoho CRM's emailing capabilities.
Here are the main points:
- I want to send the email to all customers of a certain product family
- There are various products in the product family
- Each product is identified within an Account, not within the individual Contacts
- I want to be able to indicate in each email which specific product of the product family they are subscribed to. (Example: "You are subscribed to PRODUCT X and PRODUCT Y.")
My questions:
- Is it possible to send an email to Contacts affiliated with an Account?
- Can the emails be personalized to return the product names?
