I was wondering if someone could help me with a task automation process. I would like to create a rule that is triggered everytime that one of our account's turnover goes down. So our sales rep can be aware of this by creating a follow up task for them. I would like to know if anyone could give me some piece of advise on how to create this rule. It will be very useful for me and I hope it can help someone else. BTW I am running the Standard version. Thanks in advance.
