Task Status field as the following items in picklist -
Not Started
Deferred
In Progress
Completed
Waiting on someone else
Left Message
I wanted to select "Left Message" and make that task 'closed'. There are two reasons for doing this.
1. I want to schedule a new task in future to send email or fax. So, I must close this task which was to call the contact.
2. I want to extract reports on Closed tasks, and what % of those were 'attempted' or 'left message'.
My question, How do I select something other than Closed from the picklist and close the task?
