I'm very impressed with Zoho, but I think the task dependancy features are wrong on several counts. I think its meaningful to say that task A must be completed before B can start, even if we don't know the duration or start or end dates of either. This would mean that B should stay in the background somewhere until A is marked as completed. Right now, it's rather tedious to enable tasks to partake in dependancies at all, and even then the machine will refuse to create a dependancy unless the doable periods are in the right order and not overlapping. Surely, the purpose of declaring dependancies is to let the machine arrange them in the right order and period. If the user already did that by hand, what's the point of telling the machine about the dependancy?

Nevertheless, very impressive product!
