I have come across a very basic problem, which I haven't seen in any other project management tools elsewhere, the import feature does not provision for duration of tasks during the import process. Instead Zoho calculates the duration of these tasks automatically based on the start and end date. This is just not done!! You need to provide for uploading basic data parameters for critical features like task and its duration, how can one create multiple tasks without specifying duration!! I may have multiple short-term (1-2) hr tasks (meetings, reviews, etc.) for a single resource during a day, what Zoho is doing is creating each one of these for 8hrs (assuming an 8 hr work day).

Consider another scenario, where I am running an agile project and duration of my tasks is fixed to the timebox of the sprint (e.g. 3 weeks). In this scenario, I may not want to micro manage my tasks and keep the start and end date same as that of the Sprint's start and end date. Zoho will then create duration for each of these tasks (15*8=120hrs). Ridiculous!!

The only known workaround: Go and change duration on each of those 100 tasks you imported (from chat with Zoho Support).

Come on, really!! please provide a better solution, this ain't helping at all.
