I am a fairly new user of Zoho CRM. In my business client tasks are very important. I have created one off and recurring tasks for my clients and each client has more than one task.
When I am working on a task I prefer to make notes like "waiting for client to give bank statements.." etc and there could be more than one note. Unfortunately Zoho does not have a facility for creating notes by tasks and date and time stamp them.
I have tried to do this by inserting a text area field however this has limited character space and does not date and time stamp it.
Perhaps someone out there may have a solution to this problem.
I would love to find out.
