Task Notes appearing in no particular order

Task Notes appearing in no particular order

Hi,
I am finding that sometimes new notes added to a task are added at the top of the list of notes for that task and other times, a new note is added to the bottom of the list of notes for that task.

How SHOULD it be working? New notes at top or new notes at bottom? Anyone else reporting this problem?

And while this is more of a feature request - is it possible to have the notes time/datestamped like a forum post is?
