Task Notes by mail fail.

While testing out Zoho, I tried adding a task. While I got the mail on the test user accounts I'd setup, when I reply to the task, I get an error message on my email account that says

We are unable to add notes/map documents to this task.

WHY DID THIS HAPPEN?
The possible reasons are :

1. Email ID not confirmed. To confirm use the link http://zohosso.wiki.zoho.com/#resendconfirmation
2. You do not have permission to add notes/ map documents to this task.
3. Task could have been deleted.
4. Task mail address could have been reset.

The accounts are very much verified and the tasks haven't been deleted
