Hi, I hope somebody can help please! This is my first post so forgive me if I have approached it in the wrong way.
When assigning an activity to another person and issuing an email notification to that individual, the email that they receive starts with 'dear' and then the name of the person who assigned the task, NOT the person who the task has been assigned to.
Does anybody know how to resolve this matter?
